Client: Full Circle Counseling and Wellness
Timeline: July 2025 – Present
Role: UX & Brand Designer
Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Squarespace, Canva
Project Overview
Full Circle is a therapy practice focused on providing inclusive therapy services. I was initially brought on to redesign the website, which later turned into ongoing employment to continue improving the digital presence and brand identity to better communicate trust, clarity, and inclusiveness across web, social media, and marketing touchpoints.
My work includes a website redesign, brand development for marketing and social channels, and the creation of a scalable design system to support long‑term growth.

The Problem
The original Full Circle website lacked visual hierarchy and clear user pathways, making it difficult for prospective clients to understand services, next steps, and brand values. The content felt dense and navigation required unnecessary cognitive effort during an already vulnerable decision‑making moment.
Goals & Objectives
At the start of the project, I led a kickoff meeting with the client to understand existing challenges with the website, business goals, target audience, and expectations for the redesign. From this conversation, the primary goals for the website redesign were defined as follows:
Improve clarity of services and reduce user confusion during the discovery process
Establish a refreshed, calming visual identity for the brand and website
Simplify navigation and create a more intuitive page flow
Improve content design to make information more accessible and scannable
Restructure information architecture for how services and therapists are presented
Audit & Discovery
To align business objectives with user needs, I conducted several discovery-phase activities, including:
Auditing the website for issues in navigation, hierarchy, and other UX issues that could create friction for users
Conducting a competitive analysis of similar therapy practices to evaluate UX patterns and design approaches
Developing a prioritized list of proposed changes and reviewing them with the client to gather feedback and approval
Information Architecture
One of the most important parts of this project was restructuring the information architecture. The services were on multiple parts of the website, one with the therapist bios and one on a separate page. Some content was in a different place than where users would expect it to be.
I started with the main content areas navigation bar and then added subsequent sections in dropdown menus for each nav bar item.
I also made sure the homepage included all of the most essential information, including a welcoming message, the mission statement, therapists, and services.
High Fidelity Design & Development
Finally, I developed the wireframes into high fidelity designs using the new colors, typography, and UI elements. I also added in images and copy that were provided by the client.
Once the pages were designed in Figma and approved by the client, I developed them in Squarespace and optimized for SEO.
Results & Outcome
By the end of the project, the redesign was successful in accomplishing all of the goals defined at the beginning. The client was very happy with the final result and decided to hire me as a part-time employee to continue developing their brand across digital, social media, and marketing touchpoints.
Since the redesign, there has been a 34% increase in site visits and a 26% increase in page views.
